Performance Endurance Training provides Online and Face-2-Face coaching delivered by our PET Coaching Team. We all come with a wealth of experience and qualifications in multiple disciplines; road, trail, mountain, ultra, strength and conditioning, hyrox and nutrition. We have a proven track record of working with athletes of all abilities: from club runners to GB International athletes.

As Coaches we have a passion for assisting athletes to reach their potential by taking you from your current fitness level and work towards reaching those race goals. Some of us have over 30 years of coaching experience (hit on the ‘Coaches’ tabs for further details) and continue to build our qualifications to support our athletes. Individual support for all our athletes is paramount to our coaching ethos and features heavily with the athletes that we work with.

I am delighted to now be coaching alongside Mike Cayton and Andy Douglas who each have a group of online athletes What I have in coaching experience, Mike and Andy have in endurance performance at the highest National and GB standard, allowing us to provide a perfect balance for all of our athletes. Oonagh coaches our face-2-face junior squad, instilling an investment in their health and fitness from a young age.

You may aspire to return to running after a break due to injury / life hurdles, enjoy running as part of a wider health kick, be targeting a specific event or have a desire to take your running to the next level be that race specific, district, national or international level and need to access the right coaching structure to make this happen.

I could not recommend a better coach than Sophie, she has excellent knowledge, a thirst to learning and wants the best for her athletes, but what I like from her coaching is that she always tries the sessions before to ensure that each session is planed to help develop each runners goals.
