£100 per month

Summary of how your coaching will be delivered and supported

  • Two stage consultation process including a video / phone call
  • Training planned by your own coach in 4-week blocks
  • Training plans delivered through your preferred platform
  • Video review every 4 weeks, feeding back on previous block and providing rationale for next block of training
  • Phone / video call available on a 4-weekly basis
  • Contact through your preferred method on an ongoing basis
  • Contract dependent on race distance
  • No substitute coaches or AI generated programming is used

Is this coaching right for you

The Event Specific Coaching gives you access to all of the coaching and support of the Performance Endurance Plan whilst training for a single specific event. Your personal coach will support you in every aspect of your preparation as well as teaching you the skills along the way which you can then build on for future events.

Each event distance will require a different lead in time to achieve the best possible outcome for you:

  • 5k for beginners – 8 weeks
  • 10k – 8 weeks if already 5k race ready
  • Half Marathon – 12 weeks if already 10k race ready
  • Marathon – 12 weeks if already Half Marathon race ready
