Personalised Endurance Coaching

£100 per month

Your Personalised Endurance Coaching will be tailored to meet your current fitness level and future aspirations and will work in conjunction with an agreed racing schedule. You will be provided with individualised support from your personal coach and provided with the tools to get the most from your training time. All plans are bespoke to you and will be set to work in conjunction with training requirements and life commitments. The plan will fit you as an individual.

Event Specific Coaching

£100 per month

The Event Specific Coaching gives you access to all of the coaching and support of the Performance Endurance Plan whilst training for a single specific event. Your personal coach will support you in every aspect of your preparation as well as teaching you the skills along the way which you can then build on for future events.

Each event distance will require a different lead in time to achieve the best possible outcome for you:

  • 5k for beginners – 8 weeks
  • 10k – 8 weeks if already 5k race ready
  • Half Marathon – 12 weeks if already 10k race ready
  • Marathon – 12 weeks if already Half Marathon race ready

Event Tailored Training Plan

£100 per 8-week plan

£150 per 12-week plan

An Event Tailored Training Plan could help you to reach your goal event but at a cost that is mindful of your budget whilst still providing personalised coaching support. You will be provided upfront with your training plan for your race distance and supported through weekly check-ins by one of our coaches.

Each event distance will require a different lead in time to achieve the best possible outcome for you:

  • 5k for beginners – 8 weeks
  • 10k – 8 weeks if already 5k race ready
  • Half Marathon – 12 weeks if already 10k race ready
  • Marathon – 12 weeks if already Half Marathon race ready

P.E.T. Training Camps

Individualised depending on the specifics of the camp, please enquire for further details

We offer bi-annual training camps which are a perfect blend of trail / hill sessions along with strength / yoga sessions, all lead by our qualified coaches. These camps are open to non-P.E.T. athletes if spaces permit and are a perfect opportunity to learn from the coaches and other athletes about everything running / training / fuelling / recovery related.

P.E.T. Training camps are also a great opportunity to test out the P.E.T. Community and the additionality that being part of a larger training group brings.

Enhanced Personalised Endurance Coaching

£150 per month

Your Enhanced Personalised Endurance Coaching provides the same support as our Personalised Endurance Coaching but with three main enhancements:

  • Ongoing reviewing and alterations to your bespoke training plan as required
  • Weekly phone / video calls as required
  • Tailored to meet the needs of athletes who:
    1. aspire to compete at National or International level, OR
    2. want to challenge themselves to race in ‘complex’ events such as multi-day ultras, 100k plus ultras, extreme triathlons, OR
    3. have a life work balance that requires planning on a week by week basis, OR
    4. need an enhanced level of support with any aspect of your training such as nutritional, fuelling, crewing for races, mindset, motivation, and confidence.

Your personal coach will be a specialist in your specific endurance discipline and have experience in supporting athletes to the event of your choice or level of competition. Coaches have qualifications and experience supporting athletes in all aspects of their training and racing.

Mentoring: Self-Coached Athletes

£80 per month

Mentoring can assist your training and performance by providing an outside perspective with less emotional commitment to the outcome but total investment in the process. It is suitable for athletes who have the knowledge and experience to plan their own training but need assistance to make it work more effectively for them. Your personal coach will act as your rationale mind and assist with the decision-making around your training and racing.

Strength and Conditioning Coaching

£50 per month

£35 per month for existing P.E.T. athletes accessing one of our other coaching plans

Customised Strength and Conditioning Coaching is key to enhancing performance through strength gains, reducing the likelihood of injury by addressing areas of deficit, or as part of a rehab period of training. S&C Coaching can work as a perfect complement to your endurance training or as a fundamental part of training for hybrid athletes / all sports / for those who want to build strength for their future health. Investment in such programming is key to a more holistic approach to training.
S&C training programmes will be designed to complement your other training modalities or life goals and in close conjunction with any other Coach / Physio / Physiologist input you may have. S&C training is also fundamental to prolonged mobility and independence in later life and it is never too late to start lifting.

1-2-1 Training Sessions

£40 per session for an individual athlete

Please note this is dependent on the athlete’s location in relation to your coach and any additional travel charges which may be required.

For group sessions, please enquire for details and pricing based on the size and location of your group.

1-2-1 Training Sessions will be provided to meet your specific needs by a coach who is experienced in your endurance discipline to meet the agreed outcomes of the session. This could include assisting you to settle into a new endurance discipline, working on the more technical elements, or focusing in on how to execute a more challenging session well.

Your 1-2-1 training sessions will take place to suit you and your coach, as well as the requirements of the session.

1-2-1 coaching is also available for groups of athletes.
